✰✰✰✰ "Remarkable…a real breakthrough for kids." -- George M., APG Mobile Apps Founder

✷ This App helps a school-aged child (8-18 years old) understand, in an organized way, how s/he feels about his/her life at this moment in time. It can also provide a parent or professional with some idea of how a child feels about herself…if s/he chooses to share it.

✷ Sixty-six (66) statements that get sorted in a three point system (Agree, Disagree, Neutral) address perceptions about: Academic Performance; Home & Health; Psycho-Social (Relationships) gives you a keen view into how you think your life is going right now.

✷ Designed, created and tested by practitioners and academicians in northern California; it is an instrument to help school-aged children increase their own awareness and, if used appropriately, will lead to enhanced self-esteem and self-acceptance.

✷ Review your results as you go, change your choices or compare your "sort" from one date to another: see how your feelings have changed and keep track of what might be affecting your moods.

✷ KSE does not capture any data from you or from your use of the App: all of your results are completely private and secure. We do provide the user the ability to share the results from his/her "sort" through email. Its completely your choice, though: no one is watching or keeping tabs.

✷ To help our users deal with potentially uncomfortable feelings, we have created a strategic partnership with The National Runaway Safeline, a 30+ year-old organization in Chicago, Illinois (U.S.) that serves more than 100,000 young people each year. NRS makes this statement with regards to the KSE App:

“The National Runaway Safeline is here to listen and here to help. We are here for you and will talk about any issue, no matter your situation. It’s free, anonymous, and confidential, 24/7.”

✷ You can have up to three distinct users on the App with each iPhone so it can serve more than one user; a parent could buy it and create profiles for his/her children

✷ Email your results, in a spreadsheet file, to keep track on another computer or let your parents or a counselor look at how you ranked the statements.

✷ You can compare your results and what you thought at a specific point in time; the App allows side-by-side comparisons.

✷ Change themes and colors to match your mood. Play your own music while you take the evaluation.

✷ More evaluations coming soon.

Be kind to yourself; its work that might just take you a lifetime.
